Aspire Coaches

Aspire Coaching is currently lucky enough to have 10 amazing coaches.

We ensure all coaches are undertake the necessary training and undertake the correct courses to deliver sessions safely and effectively in our working environments. Aspire coaches have qualified, or are currently undertaking their PE and School Sport (PESS) Level 3 certificates to help support teachers in the teaching of PE in schools. They also have qualified in their Level 2 Multi-Skills and we use this method as the base and underpinning to all of our sessions and teaching. Coaches also undertake their Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding in an Educational Setting certificates.

We are able to teach a wide and broad spectrum of activities in the PE curriculum including Invasion Activities, Strike & Field Activities, Net & Wall Activities, Athletic and Fitness Activities, Creative Activities and OAA (Outdoor and Adventurous Activities). Many of the sessions are cross curricular and enhance whole school learning.

We are really proud of our OAA programme we have developed particular activities within the school grounds that focus on problem-solving, teamwork and orienteering. These enhance school residential trips and help meet the expected British Citizenship Values regarded in schools
