Holiday Courses
During each school holiday Aspire Coaching hold football camps across Hampshire and West Sussex. Children (boys and girls) aged 4 - 14 years old can attend these courses as the camps are designed for all abilities.
The idea of the camps is to give the child the opportunity to enjoy playing football in a safe environment. Whether it is your child’s first time or they have been before, each day is packed full of fun. All courses run from 10.00am to 3.30pm.

Please ensure children have the following:
• Packed lunch with plenty of drink.
• Appropriate clothing.(Including spare clothes in case of bad weather).
• Shinpads
• Appropriate footwear. (Football boots are not essential, however if they have them then you can bring them).

There is a structured coaching timetable for each day which allows the children to learn new skills and also give them the opportunity to practise their skills in a game situation. On the final day a tournament is organised for all involved.

• 9.45am - 10.15am: Registration
• 10.15am - 11.00am: Skill Session 1
• 11.00am - 11.15am: DRINKS BREAK
• 11.15am - 11.45am: Skill Session 2
• 11.45am - 12.30pm: Skill Session 3
• 12.30pm - 1.30pm: LUNCH
• 13.30pm - 14.30pm: Skill Session 4
• 14.30pm - 15.30pm: Mini games
• 15.30pm: END OF DAY
