Terms and Conditions for Bookings
BOOKINGS
A). Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis for our holiday courses. Please ensure the correct payment is made when booking a place. You can book in three ways. Online, by post or by telephone. If you are booking online or by telephone please make payment when registering your child on the first day. All places on our courses need to be booked before course starts, so we have the correct staff to children ratio. Bookings can be made on the day subject to availability of places. Please be aware we cannot guarantee a place to your child if you choose this method. It is advised you book beforehand. For extra curricular clubs please send form and payment to the school your child attends.
PAYMENT
B). We as a company accept the following payments. Childcare vouchers (please be aware we only accept certain vouchers. Please contact us beforehand if you wish to use this method of payment). Cheque's (cheque's must be made payable to Aspire Coaching)) or cash. We do not accept post dated cheque’s.
CANCELLATION OF A COURSE
C). Aspire Coaching reserve the right to cancel a course, whether its for bad weather or any other circumstances beyond the companies control. In the event of a cancellation you will be refunded in full or a place on the same/similar course or a club at a later date.
REFUND POLICY
D). Aspire Coaching when issuing a refund will give a credit note. We will not give a cash refund. If your child has been absent over a period of time from one of our courses you will be entitled to a refund. This only counts if you have already paid for your child’s place on the course.
RETURNED PAYMENTS
E). Any payment that is returned by the bank is subject to charges. Any charges we as a company receive from a returned payment must be paid by the customer along with the original payment for the booking.
Due to the high volume of cheque’s we receive you must ensure the cheque is correctly filled out. If you post date a cheque and we process it, any charges that are incurred are not the responsibility of Aspire Coaching and we will not accept any liability. It Is your responsibility to ensure all dates on payment are valid.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
F). Please ensure you arrive fifteen minutes before the start time so we can register your child. When picking your child up please arrive ten minutes before the end. A child will not be allowed to leave the premises unless a parent/guardian is there to take them home. If your child is allowed to walk or is being picked up by someone else written confirmation must be given to us before the start of the day. Same applies for our extra curricular clubs.
